Kit includes everything needed to aerate a small lake of up to 1 acre -- a 1/4 hp compressor, 100 ft. of black tubing (either poly tubing or self weighted), air diffuser with hollow base that can be filled with sand or gravel and the hardware to put it all together.  Will operate down to a 35 ft. depth, draws 3.1 amps and pumps 1.5 CFM of air.  

Keep in mind that the deeper it is placed the larger circle of air bubbles it will produce.  If the pond is elongated you might need two to fully aerate the pond.

The price of the complete kit is $510.95.  With weighted air hose it is $699.95.  This item can take up to a week to ship but not always.
