Future Home of Pond Doc’s Online Community
Welcome to the newest section of Pond Doc’s World on the Internet. This is where our customers and friends can gather and enjoy the one thing that all of us have in common – our koi and goldfish ponds and our water gardens.
All the details are yet to be decided but here’s what I would like to see happen: I’d like to be able to give each of our customers a place to “show off” his or her pond and an opportunity to exchange his or her personal website and business website links with our highly visible website. This should be good for all of us. The best part of being a member of our community is that you are networked with others all over the US who share your interests. You can list your business in our business directory. I certainly would love to do business with pond people whenever possible and you might want to check the directory if you’re in need of something. Perhaps we can even have scheduled pond chats in our own private chat room or a discussion board, free of bad language, where we can post questions and replies.
I’ll be working on our online community throughout the winter but it’s never too early to join. Don’t worry. If you don’t want a personal page on our website, you can still be a registered member who can participate in all the chats and even list your business in our business directory. The only requirements we have for membership is that you must be a customer of Pond Doc’s (either a customer of Pond Doc’s Pond Supplies, Home and Garden Gift Shop or Peggy’s Personalized Products) or you must fill out a registration form. That way we know you are a real person and not a figment of the internet imagination. To have your business listed in our business directory you must also agree to participate in our link-share program (which simply means you reciprocate the link back to us).
