Whenever you purchase a replacement lamp for select Aqua Ultraviolet UV models you can receive a rebate check from Aqua Ultraviolet by simply filling out a coupon and sending it to Aqua Ultraviolet. 

Lamps for the following models are in the rebate program:

Viper Lamp Kit...............$25 Rebate

SL 200 ............................$20 Rebate

SL 100 ............................$10 Rebate

Classic 40 or 57 watt ......$7 Rebate

Classic 25 watt ................$5 Rebate

Classic 8 or 15 watt ........$3 Rebate

Advantage 8 or 15 watt...$3 Rebate

Here's the rules:

The lamp must be a genuine Aqua UV replacement lamp manufactured by Aqua Ultraviolet.  It will have the Aqua Ultraviolet logo (pictured above) stamped right on the lamp.  Rebate does not apply to any lamp manufactured by any company other than Aqua Ultraviolet. 

Rebate offer applies to lamps purchased before December 31, 2011.  

Rebate offer applies only to the lamp replacements for the models listed above.

Rebate coupon and supporting documentation must be mailed in to Aqua Ultraviolet and be postmarked and received by Aqua Ultraviolet by January 15, 2012. 

This rebate is offered by Aqua Ultraviolet and not by PondDoc.com.  PondDoc.com will be happy to issue a blank coupon upon purchase but all inquiries about the offer must be made to Aqua Ultraviolet.

You must provide the original receipt plus original barcode from the package to receive the rebate.

The rebate will be mailed in the form of a check in 4 to 6 weeks after the coupon and supporting documents are submitted to Aqua Ultraviolet.

End-user consumers in the US are eligible for the rebate.  Dealers and distributors are excluded from the offer.

The rebate applies only to replacement lamps.  It does not apply to the lamp provided with your UV unit.

Whenver a qualifying lamp is purchased through us (PondDoc.com / PondDoc.us) we will email you a rebate coupon in a .pdf format.  Please contact us if you need the coupon faxed or mailed to you.
